What You Bring:

• You have relevant knowledge from previous work experience in mechanics, electrical, energy, operations and maintenance, marine or aviation, or equivalent education.
• You have the ability to adapt to new cultures and environments.
• You are curious, driven, and have a strong technical interest.
• You are responsible, solution-oriented, and thrive both in teams and independently.
• You have a good command of English, both spoken and written.

What We Offer:

• You will undergo a basic training that combines theoretical and practical knowledge of our gas turbines, including a trainee period in our workshops and at customer sites worldwide.
• You will have a dedicated mentor who supports you through the various phases of your development.
• You will work abroad for periods of 6 to 12 weeks, with approximately 250 travel days per year.
• You will work in teams with colleagues to commission gas turbines at customer sites.
• You will handle both mechanical and electrical commissioning work, as well as control systems.
• You will work with advanced technical products that challenge and develop your technical skills.
• We plan to start the employment in September 2026.
• You will begin your employment with basic training in March along with other new colleagues.

Requirements:

Swedish or EU citizenship, residing in Sweden and registered in the Swedish social insurance system. A health check, credit report, and criminal record check will be conducted before employment.
